T he Role: Marketing Manager, Software Solutions, Marketing, CX & Prospecting team
The Impact: We are seeking a marketer, with minimum 4 years’ experience and ideally knowledge of the private and/or public credit markets, to support a high-growth part of our business. A key partner to sales, commercial strategy, product, and business leadership, you will work closely with the head of marketing for Software Solutions to lead and execute campaigns and/or events that support an exciting and evolving portfolio of products.

• Stay on top of the latest trends in financial services while working on a cross-business line campaigns
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that supports the business’s objectives and long-term product roadmap
• Regularly report and measure on the effectiveness of our campaigns through a focus on marketing-generated revenue, and provide recommendations on how we can improve
• Work closely with the business to identify content and thought leadership opportunities that can support lead generation and bolster our profile in the market
• Collaborate and guide the contributions of functional specialist teams (content, design, events, email, digital, social media, etc.) within the larger marketing department and at external agencies
• Lead the program development, production and logistics for hosted and third-party events and conferences
• Contribute to concept development, project management, and execution for large-scale collaborative branding projects within Software Solutions
• Collaborate with other marketers on cross-business line campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
• A marketing background with at least 4 years’ experience in the financial services, fintech or software industries
• Experience and knowledge specifically of the credit markets would be highly beneficial
• Breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of marketing processes and systems
• Experience of setting digital and social marketing campaigns
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills
• Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work with multiple different teams across the globe
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization, including understanding of global/ regional/ country organizational dynamics
• A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to embrace change

The Location: New York City
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
