Overview: This position supports the VP of Product Development/Production in all services necessary for the basic operation of the division as it relates to commercialization, costing, purchasing, shipping and receiving product; as well as supporting sales via the flow of proper and timely information regarding product status.
Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Enter all Work In Process; update all changes
Communication with factories, warehouse, freight forwarders, sales representatives and various internal departments
Responsible for department sampling needs
Create and maintains division line sheets
Maintain budget/expense logs and coordinate payment of invoices
Create and maintain margin, production and buy charts
Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience
2-4 years related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $62k – $65k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
