Responsibilities:
The Summer Analyst will be working alongside the Related Office National Leasing team based in New York. The office operating portfolio consists of 12 million square feet with another 20 million square feet in the development pipeline and spans across eight different markets (New York, Boston, Austin, Santa Clara, West Palm, Miami, Chicago and Detroit).
• Coordinate prospective tenant and Hudson Yards informational tours.
• Work with the office marketing team to help prepare presentations for upcoming tenant pitches.
• Develop prospective tenants lists and help canvas new business leads across each national market.
• Help prepare tenant in the market reports and stay up to date on current market information, including absorption, trends and recent deal comps.
Compensation
• $25 / hour
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate rising senior with a target graduation date of Spring 2025
• A strong passion for real estate
• Ability to foster relationships and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and work well with a team
• Power point and presentation experience
• Basic excel skills preferred (v-look up, index matching)
