What you will do-

​As Associate Manager, Field Operations, you will actively lead operational and inventory excellence for an assigned region of the U.S. in a field-based organization with a focus on daily operations, sales support, and achieving results. You will directly align sales goals with operational optimization in logistics and distribution. This leadership role requires the ability to effectively lead and engage a team as well as drive process improvements that improve efficiency and the sales experience. This is a demanding, challenging, and fast-paced role with opportunity to impact and improve operational elements in supporting our field operations teams with strategic responsibilities to help influence future and forward-looking initiatives for the enterprise.​​ 
• ​​Provide operational leadership to assigned regional hubs to achieve operational success while consistently supporting profitable sales growth 
• ​Ensure support of all Commercial Operations and sales efforts by keeping productivity high, controlling costs, and driving employee engagement to achieve positive results 
• ​Aid in the implementation of necessary changes to operations strategy and processes to support achievement of business objectives 
• ​Execute processes, utilize tools and systems aimed at improving operational efficiencies while constantly integrating cost reduction strategies related to inventory 
• ​Track and report on key metrics with a focus on inventory accuracy and freight for respective region 
• ​Ensure on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products to customers 
• ​Lead regions branch operations employees by partnering with HR and Ops leadership to acquire top talent, create a performance-based work culture and develop a high performing team 
• ​Deliver agile responses to operational needs  and promote compliance with Stryker values and ethics

What you need-
• ​​​​​Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience or 12 years experince with high school diploma  ​
• ​​​​Minimum 4 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution, customer service or inventory management 
• ​Experience in a leadership role preferred
• ​ERP/Field Inventory systems experience  
• ​Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft applications 
• Familiarity of Spine implant systems and sales models​​ preferred
• Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with the ability to work remote effectively
• ​Ability to apply technical applications to business processes and proven track record of process improvements based on sound problem solving practices​ 

$99,600.00 – $163,200.00 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
