Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Lending Product Management (LPM) is seeking an experienced professional to help drive parts of Citi’s wholesale credit and lending transformation programs and the standup of the newly formed organization. This position will focus risk and controls activities including supporting both our internal and external commitments within LPM.
LPM is responsible for driving the development of a cohesive business operating model, with a specific focus on policies, processes, controls, technology data, reporting and governance across all end-to-end ICG lending activities. It is made up of a global team that support both the 1st and 2nd line in credit and lending transactions, technology product strategy, data quality and reporting. This role will be part of a team that reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wholesale Lending
.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support significant regulatory commitments and action plans partnering with functional groups within LPM
• Working with internal audit and other internal and external review teams
• Provide guidance on issues management, corrective actions and regulatory milestones across LPM.
• Review process design, controls and change management as part of the transformation and stand-up of LPM’s target operating model.
• Lead projects to drive consistency, regulatory deliverables or to remediate wholesale credit or lending related issues.
• Represent LPM on committees, councils and forums and collaborate with groups across the firm including but not limited to the business lines, independent risk, internal audit, operations, technology
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• 15+ years of relevant experience working in Business Management, Risk and Control, Audit, regulatory or similar function focused on wholesale credit and lending at a large financial institution.
• Ability to provide advice and drive issues to resolution..
• Significant understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending
• Understanding of operational processes supporting Wholesale lending
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
• Client relationship and solution skills
• BA/BS required. MBA/MS preferred
