We are searching for a talented *Concierge – Union 32BJ* to be based out of *One Blue Slip in Brooklyn, NY!*
• Working on the weekends is a must!*
• Required Schedule*
• Monday: Off*
• Tuesday: Off*
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM*
• Thursday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM*
• Friday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM*
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM*
• Sunday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM*
• Responsibilities*
• Maintains knowledge and provides information to residents regarding available services and upcoming events in the city. Establishes and maintains ongoing contact with sources of information. Makes dinner, theater and local recreation reservations for residents.
• Prepares service requests, works closely with service contractors to ensure jobs are handled appropriately.
• Communicates with residents and families regarding questions or concerns and takes steps to resolve issues or refers them to appropriate associates.
• Greets residents and visitors. Keeps lobby bulletin board up to date with information of interest to residents.
• Plans and implements social and recreational programs for property residents such as movies, game nights and other social events.
• Qualifications*
• A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Depending on property needs, may require valid drivers license.
• 1-2 years of prior concierge or hospitality experience is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
