In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications. This work will support a mix of internal and external clients. You will be working on current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation to understand how those pieces impact infrastructure. You’ll share your operational and process maturity with a growing team while building products for large enterprises to enable their workforce.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You must know Agile well.
Your seven or more years of team leadership have delivered amazing results, and you pride yourself on developing the people who work for you, as well as providing an inclusive team environment where they all can thrive. You will present and defend your team’s approach to leadership. There is no typical day as you partner and work with people across the development organization to turn ideas into reality.
Experience. To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• 12+ years of experience with the required technologies
• 7 years of technology leadership experience.
• Knowledge of microservices stack–.Net, Java, Node.js Docker, SQL/Oracle/Postgres
• DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise level HCM software.
• Passion for client experience
• Expert knowledge and experience in one or more of the following
• US payroll processes and procedures
• HR best practices
• Enterprise management
• HR Compliance
• Compensation management
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Base Compensation range for New York City residents is 125,400 to 267,570
