This position will allow for remote work flexibility, but selected candidate will be asked to work one (1) day a week from an office in New York.
Position Purpose: Direct and oversee regulatory compliance operations to ensure fully compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for assigned products/services.
• Oversee, administer, and implement various aspects of the compliance program for assigned products/services, including analysis, communication, product filings and regulation
• Identify, evaluate and analyze the impact of regulatory issues and advise management concerning impact
• Develop policies, procedures, and process to comply with federal program regulations, and any applicable state regulations; ensure policies and procedures are updated according to requirements
• Ensure products and services are being tested for compliance with program regulations, insurance regulations, and regulatory requirements for business entities
• Design and direct the change management process to ensure operational policies and procedures are kept current with ongoing regulatory changes and contract requirements
• Maintain and track laws and regulations, contract documentations, amendments, and various compliance measures that may affect health care through corporate resources, personal initiative, seminars, training programs and peer contact
• Direct efforts to communicate regulations, including written materials and training programs designed specifically to promote the understanding of product/service specific compliance issues, laws and regulations, and consequences of non-compliance
• Ensures that audit controls and measurements for internal processes are working to ensure accurate, complete and compliant processes are in place within health plans and corporate operations
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience, preferably in a health care environment Advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range: $111,600.00 – $206,400.00 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
