Job Summary

The D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) Project Manager will develop, implement, and manage initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment at Altice USA. As a member of the organization’s Talent team sitting within Human Resources, this role acts as a liaison across various business areas, corporate functions such as Talent Acquisition, Community Affairs, and Corporate Communications, and Altice USA’s Affinity Groups (Employee Resource Groups) to drive strategic D&I initiatives, assess progress, and create a culture that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities and a superior experience for all employees.

Responsibilities
• Drive and manage D&I projects from inception to completion, leading cross-functional project teams to achieve the desired outcomes. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as managing the enterprise-wide D&I calendar
• Act as the primary point of contact and corporate support for Altice USA’s eight Affinity Groups (Employee Resource Groups), helping to manage AG-led initiatives and ensure that AG activities are aligned with the organization’s broader D&I strategy
• Support the Chief Diversity Officer and the various functions across Human Resources, Community and Communications in developing and implementing a comprehensive D&I strategy that aligns with Altice USA’s values and mindsets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals and create measurable objectives/KPIs related to D&I
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices related to D&I; continuously provide guidance to senior leaders to evaluate and evolve the organization’s D&I strategy to adapt to changing needs and trends
• Identify education/training needs for promoting understanding and awareness of key D&I principles and programs. Design and facilitate content (including but not limited to company-wide presentations, interactive training sessions, and self-paced learning) to support identified needs
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement inclusive recruitment practices that attract diverse talent and mitigate bias throughout the hiring process
• Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to measure the organization’s D&I progress for both internal reporting and external benchmarking/surveys. Craft narrative behind data and communicate results, trends, and suggested areas for improvement to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with external organizations, community groups, and industry partners focused on D&I
• Provide thought leadership on all D&I-related initiatives and projects

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required
• Large-scale project management skills and experience required
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence required
• Passion for D&I and experience development initiatives to create a more inclusive culture required

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $96,020.00 – $153,632.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
