Your New Role…
The Graphics Coordinator is responsible for the execution of a variety of still and motion graphics for use by the HBO/HBOMax Marketing team. The Graphics Coordinator will assist the MarketingGFX team in assessing, archiving, planning, and delivering graphic-based content to be used across various platforms.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Manage the delivery, archival, and creation of all graphics for their A/V campaign assignments
• Work with Marketing A/V and out-of-house vendors to ensure graphic deliveries are timely and to spec
• Review incoming After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other projects from outside vendors to ensure that those projects can be used in-house
• Execute graphics from existing toolkits as needed
• Organize and archive final renders of all approved graphics
• Periodically review Graphics Server to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and easy to navigate
• Work with the Campaign Management team to prioritize graphics requests
Qualifications & Experience…
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a Graphics/Post-Production facility or relevant coursework
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong technical background as it relates to graphic design tools and workflows
• Knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Cinema 4D, and/or Adobe InDesign is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to juggle many projects at once, pivot on a moment’s notice, and remain organized and professional

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $50,960.00 – $94,640.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
