Job Description

The Head of Liquidity Reporting is the firm wide Report Owner for Liquidity Reporting (covering FR2052a, LCR and NSFR) as well as the owner of the Liquidity reporting processes covering internal and external reports and metrics.
The role is not only responsible for the oversight of the daily production processes but also leads the strategy and execution of the target state direction for processes, technology, controls, and organizational structure required to deliver an efficient and effective daily production process of liquidity report and metrics. The leader in this role will be responsible for designing and executing a plan to successfully deliver liquidity reporting in a consistent and timely way.
Reporting to the Treasury organization, the incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a global workforce comprising of approximately 300 professionals. In this role, effective collaboration with various stakeholders across Treasury and the broader Finance function is imperative. This entails working closely alongside key stakeholders from different disciplines including Business Units.
The Head of Liquidity Reporting will assume the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Daily production processes of Liquidity report (covering FR2052a, LCR and NSFR) and other liquidity reports and metrics.
• Timely submission of regulatory filings
• Be the senior representative interfacing with Citi’s primary regulatory agencies (FRB, OCC and FDIC), Citi senior management as well as industry-wide forums, through periodic and ad-hoc updates
• Drive identification and swift remediation of issues that could prevent achievement of the firm’s Liquidity obligations as part of Citi’s liquidity issue management process and facilitate associated committees and working groups
• Analytics and variance analysis of movements in Liquidity metrics and reports, including the analysis and engagement with business on variance explanation
• Reporting requirements definition and regulatory reporting instructions interpretation & maintenance
• Working with data organizations on the impact assessment of data concerns
• Delivery of report specific data quality assessments in conjunction with the Data organization (Finance Chief Data Officer).
• Providing oversight and input on the data concerns impacting Liquidity Reporting
• Design and execution of Liquidity reporting target operating model
• Development and execution of Liquidity reporting governance processes, polices and controls
• Responsibility for establishing metrics and reporting that provide transparency into the efficacy of the daily production processes and the material accuracy of the daily report

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
• Experience managing globally dispersed teams and navigating a matrix global organization
• Leadership skills to influence and manage key senior stakeholder and regulators
• Experience leading transformation efforts.
• Proven track record in issue resolution, process improvement and regulatory engagement
• Ability to build relationships within the Finance organization as well as with key partners in Internal Audit, Compliance and other control functions
• An analytical in approach, ability to problem solve in a complex environment with a solution focused mindset to drive outcomes.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment leading team with daily duties
• Willingness to proactively collaborate with partner organizations to drive firm-wide outcomes
• Experience with building and leading high performing teams
• Influential communication skills

Basic Qualifications:
-At least 15 years of experience in Finance or regulatory reporting
-Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:
-At least 15 years of experience in Treasury/ Liquidity reporting
-Master of Business Administration or related advanced degree
