THE ROLE

The Inventory Operations Associate will play a critical role with ensuring Stadium Goods inventory is in compliance with operational processes and controls. Theresponsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of inventory records for all facilities in the Stadium Goods network and verifying product information in our databases. Our ideal candidate has proficient data entry skills with an analytical eye for detail and expertise with working in excel spreadsheets. You will partner closely with the Commercial, Retail, Operations and Consignor Experience teams to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability and customer/consignor satisfaction. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Help to maintain the highest levels of stock accuracy, control processes, and standards by collaborating with key stakeholders in each facility
• Support teams within SOX compliance standards including inventory reconciliation, shrink, and working deliverables
• Support physical inventories both internally and with 3PL partners
• Action inventory research + any inventory projects within the expectations set forth by the Sr. Director, Business Operations and Cost Management
• Reconcile inventory audits, review variance reports and correct discrepancies
• Manage root cause analysis projects to resolve missing items, pending payout state, items in transit, etc.
• Summarize and verify any recommendations from internal teams for shrink approvals
• Partner with Consignment Operations team for payout SLA compliance regarding withdrawals and exceptions
• Support Stadium Goods Seeding and gift with purchase initiatives
• Support the Fulfillment Operations daily activities and help monitor KPIs, researching anything which falls outside of targets.

WHO YOU ARE
• Background supporting ecommerce fulfillment with a platform such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel and Powerpoint
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and other related systems
• Team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond at all times
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail while applying a continuous improvement mindset to all workstreams

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW
• The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $55,000 [year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
