WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s business units. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
• Reviews, and recommends overall operational systems and procedures to make daily operations in the areas more efficient.
• Facilitates teamwork and continuity across operational units.
• Monitors the progress of all projects.
• Manages operational activities, staffing and budget for defined area.
• Ensures all transactions within Corporate Loan Operations are handled properly in order to minimize the Company’s exposure to operational risks and to protect from losses.
• Ensures compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures concerning loans, letters of credit.
• Ensures controls are being continuously improved.
• Drives improvement in operational Service Level Agreements.
• Monitors periodic reviews of the relevant procedures to ensure appropriate control and consistency with bank regulations.
• Ensures adherence to all bank policies and procedures relative to Regulatory Compliance including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Privacy Act, Regulations Q& X, Customer identification Program, Know Your Customer, Suspicious Activity Reports.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business or equivalent degree.
Work Experience:
• Lending, credit, or banking and management experience., 12-15 years
Skills and Abilities:
• Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of other banking products and the ability to apply that information to this role
• Expert knowledge of overall lending policies and procedures, credit analysis, underwriting, structuring, etc.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication and customer service skill
• Ability to develops resolution to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity
• Solid judgment within broadly defined policies and practices
• Exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving
• Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills
• Strong influence, relationship building ability and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to expand client relationships and bank products

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $162,000-$265,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
