Per Diem Pharmacist – Rotating Days/Evenings/Weekends

This position will be rotating days/evenings/weekends.

Required Criteria
• Current NYS Pharmacist license
• PharmD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to instill trust, drive engagement and effectively collaborate.
