Job Overview

CoStar Group is offering a Photography Fall Internship in New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to create high quality, creative photos of schools and parks using your DSLR camera. This regionally based assignment allows photographers to maximize productivity in their assigned city, capturing the essence of each location. Compensation
• Hourly rate: $25.00
• Bonus incentives available for overachieving photographers
• Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities
• Produce photographs of schools and parks that effectively tell the story of the location
• Utilize your expertise in photography to determine the best time and approach for capturing assignments
• Edit all photography in a timely manner to complete projects
• Maintain professional and effective communication with the community if asked about your assignment
• Coordinate with the management team to efficiently complete assignments, maximizing productivity and good weather days
• Ensure timely and organized delivery of completed assignments

Requirements
• Own acceptable level of camera equipment: DSLR or mirrorless camera (no point and shoot cameras or iPhones)
• Ability to shoot in RAW with a minimum of 20MP. JPGs should have a minimum of 300 dpi and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
• Possess a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet capable of editing and uploading images
• Demonstrable moderate experience with photography and media editing
• Full understanding of camera settings and access to Photoshop or Lightroom
• Have full access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in applicable cities
• Passion for photography and a high school diploma coupled with photography knowledge
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
