Job Summary
CSC Holdings, LLC seeks a Risk Management Manager to investigate and research fraud and risk management trends in the industry and work to deliver a best-in-class fraud management approach.
Responsibilities
Analyze in-house fraud trends and recommend improvements to requirements to minimize fraud risks. Analyze e-commerce and retail orders and investigate potentially fraudulent orders. Manage fraud prevention tools, ensuring proper functionality and driving required updates and changes. Develop standardized reporting, dashboards, and charts to be used throughout the company.
Qualifications
Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with fraud detection tools and strategies. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with data mining and statistical analysis; 2 years of experience with third-party fraud prevention and ID authentication services, including Experian and Cybersource; 2 years of experience gathering complex business requirements and generating reports to inform business decisions; 2 years of experience managing employees and working with cross-functional teams; 2 years of experience with SQL databases; 2 years of experience with Google Big Query/GCP, Experian Fraudnet, Cybersource, Excel, and PowerPoint. Telecommuting 1 to 2 days a week is available.
