INSIDE SALES/ JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

What You Will Do At Aptar Pharma:

The primary mission of the Inside Sales/ Junior Account Manager is to support the North America Sales Team with client relationships, communications, and contact management while developing their selling and account management skills. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Build, develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
• Support customer feedback evaluations and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Support commercial sales projects
• Apply effective collaboration skills with global stakeholders and partners such as site Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing etc. in support of Customer goals and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities. Call on sales leads developed from trade shows, marketing communications activities, webinars, social media
• Work with Account Manager and Marketing on strategies to generate new sales leads and prospect
• Manage small revenue accounts
• Engage in problem solving.
• Initiate and facilitate customer meetings.
• Issue visit reports and monthly activity reports.
• Support YEE projection and budget planning
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data for a variety of different market fields, product range, molecules and pharma markets: e.g. Brand & Private Label / OTC Market
• Participate in trade shows and customer events.
• Manage selected customers independently included but not limited to calls, visits, forecast management and budget.
• Remain current on applicable industry and pharmaceutical industry news, product developments.
• Assist with the preparation of relevant information for sales quotations and reports.
• Qualify and direct commercial inquiries to the appropriate AM.
• Support development activities at customers with Account Managers (AM).
• Develop a strong knowledge of the Pharma product range, Services and Manufacturing Capabilities
• Proficient with (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System for all types of requests, transactions and cleansing.

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer facing and/or sales function.
• Client service focused
• Proactive, motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability and desire to prospect
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast paced, team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to successfully multitask and respond to requests promptly and accurately
• Highly organized, with attention to detail
• Innovative, strategic problem-solver
• Positive attitude, high energy and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills utilizing CRM tools and MS Office, PowerPoint.
• Proven effective communication and presentation skills.
• Team player and proven adaptability to work in a multicultural/cross-functional environment.
• Efficient time management.
• Ability to travel at least 20%.
