ROLE SUMMARY:

The Promotional Logistics Senior Manager is responsible for the compliant warehousing and order fulfillment of promotional materials in North America. This includes both print and digital capabilities. A key component of this role is vendor management, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of defined processes and SLAs.

The Promotional Logistics Senior Manager executes projects and key initiatives to support sales and marketing priorities, such as launches, POAs and other key programs. The role is also responsible for pulling through corporate and local regulatory compliance requirements, such as Sunshine Act reporting.

Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Accountable for end to end operational processes of all North American promotional material warehousing, ordering and delivery
• Manage the North American ordering platforms utilized by representatives, including Contract Sales Organizations
• Support the backend fulfillment of customer-driven ordering platforms such as PfizerPro materials ordering
• Responsible for US warehousing and freight budget of $4.9 million
• Serve as the single point of accountability for:
• Biopharma Operations logistics services
• Logistics process for brand marketers across all Pfizer Business Units
• Logistics integrations due to acquisitions
• Proactively identify compliance issues and process improvement opportunities (such as carrying cost reduction initiatives e.g. Demand Managed Inventory, digital hosting, print on demand)
• Ensure logistics capabilities evolve according to business needs, corporate guidance and regulatory requirements
• Leverage available metrics and KPIs to support service level agreements
• Serve as a conduit of information to Biopharma Operations Partners (BOPs)

Basic Qualifications:
• BA or BS Required
• Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of Operations experience
• Proven track record of executing operations and solving operational problems as well as delivering projects successfully, on time and on budget
• Strong vendor management skills, including the ability to ensure the vendors meet all SLAs and contractual agreements
• Familiarity with literature and regulatory compliance regulations
• Experience with developing/maintaining electronic systems/applications
• Ability to manage against tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and keen attention to detail
• Experience managing within a matrix organization with the ability to gain alignment without direct authority
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple issues/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Proficient in business tools (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing warehouse logistics, management and compliance
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with the Pfizer organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.
